Micayla developed her love for the written word at a tender age, consuming every book she could get her hands on. After obtaining her postgraduate degree in English, she pursued various roles in the content writing and editing space. With a wealth of experience as a journalist, and as an editor, she has an eye for compelling and informative writing. As content director, her approach can be no-nonsense, but she firmly believes that content should be informative, comprehensive, and engaging.
