    SHARON AVERITT

    EDITOR

Gladiator clients benefit from the wordsmithing skills of Sharon Averitt, whether in well-researched website content, thought-provoking blog posts, or effective press releases. For more than 15 years, she has both written and edited materials for law firm marketing agencies.

Sharon’s affinity for the written word comes both as a natural gift from her father, a syndicated newspaper columnist, and decades of honing her skills in a wide variety of settings after obtaining a degree in Business Education.

As assistant to an insurance company executive and lobbyist, Sharon dealt with contracts and legislative bills and successfully passed property and casualty insurance underwriting courses, giving her an understanding of insurance company operations that is helpful in editing personal injury content.

While judicial assistant to a federal judge, Sharon oversaw law clerks to ensure accuracy and consistency in judicial opinions and orders and wrote the procedures handbook used in chambers. It was in the judicial context that she came to understand the importance of precision in putting thoughts to paper.

When she is not focused on the details of legal content, Sharon enjoys detailed crafts, genealogy research, and writing her own roots-based blog.
